I’ve been through a lot and achieved a lot too. From publishing a best-seller photobook featured at Kinokuniya, writing a book that raised tens of thousands for charity, to building a social enterprise, earning recognition as an award-winning photographer, Singapore Book of Record holder and stepping on stage at 47 for a fitness competition.

Yes, systems and strategies matter. But without inner work such as mindset, self-belief, and resilience, even the best systems collapse. That’s when people self-sabotage, stall, or give up halfway.

My focus as a speaker and coach isn’t just tactics. It’s training the inner game: rewiring your thinking, building discipline, and taking action even when you’re scared.
