You’ve done the strict meal plans, the intense workouts, the constant chase for motivation.
Each time, you throw yourself into it, tracking every bite and pushing through exhaustion because this time, it’s supposed to work.
And for a while, it does. You see progress, you feel proud, and then life happens.
Work piles up, energy dips, one missed workout becomes two, and soon you’re back to square one, wondering what went wrong.
The guilt sets in, and you tell yourself you just need more discipline.
But it’s not a lack of discipline. You don’t need to push more!
You’ve been trying to change your body without changing the identity that drives your choices.
When you still see yourself as someone who struggles to stay consistent, every effort
feels temporary.
Once you shift that identity, everything else becomes easier. WAY EASIER!
Eating well, moving often, and staying lean stop feeling like chores and start feeling natural.
With the A.B.S. for Life System, you’ll learn how to rewire your mindset so health fits seamlessly into your life, even with a busy schedule, even in your 40s or 50s.
All it takes is about 60 minutes a week to build the habits, beliefs, and systems that keep you strong, confident, and in control for life.

Abs aren’t just a fitness issue. They’re an identity issue. Until you reshape how you think, act, and eat, every six-pack or health results will remain temporary instead of lasting.
People with abs THINK differently and I’m going to show you exactly how.

Abs aren’t just a fitness issue . They’re an identity issue. Until you reshape how you think, act, and eat, every six-pack will remain temporary instead of lasting.
A – Awareness
Most people try to change everything at once (workouts, meals, sleep) and burn out within weeks. Your problem is not the effort (60 minutes per week is enough). Your problem is lack of awareness.
And you can’t change what you don’t understand. That’s why we start by helping you see the patterns, triggers, and habits that silently hold you back.
B – Beliefs
❌ “I’m too old.”
❌ “I’m too busy.”
❌ “I just don’t have the genes.”
❌ “I always lose momentum.”
❌ “My body just doesn’t respond anymore.”
❌ “I’ll never look like I used to.”
These aren’t objective facts! And I will prove it. They’re stories you’ve told yourself until they felt true. Inside the program, you’ll replace those limits with beliefs built on strength, energy, and self-trust.
S – System
Motivation fades, but systems don’t.
Life gets busy, plans fall apart, and most people quit because they depend on willpower alone. You’ll learn simple, proven rituals that make the healthy choice automatic, so you keep progressing, even when life gets messy. And it will feel effortless.

Discipline & Mindset
I was one of the attendees of the sharing by Mr Chin Hock on managing adversity and stress in NTU today. It has greatly helped me in reflecting about my current experiences and stresses, and the importance of protecting our body's "sacred resource" -- energy! I was so glad to be able to learn from his sharings today.

Leadership Lessons
Chin Hock ran a highly engaging and insightful session on starting, managing, and growing Holdinghands Studio as a social enterprise. The session helped students gain a deeper understanding of the real benefits, opportunities, and challenges involved in running a social enterprise successfully.

Personalized Coaching
During the introductory session, Chin Hock took time to understand our goals and fitness background so as to better advise us.
Despite our different interests and starting points, he met us where we are, suggesting possible exercises and variations which we could implement into our routines.
I look forward to learning not just about fitness but also how to level up my mindset
from him!

From Author,
Fitness Instructor,
Healthcare Professional,
Singapore Book of Record Holder,
and Social Entrepreneur…to
Fitness Competitor at 47

I wasn’t born with abs or endless motivation. I was just a regular guy trying to juggle work, family, and the creeping feeling that I was slowly losing control of my health.
As a healthcare professional and fitness instructor, I knew what to do, but knowing and living it were two different things. I’d push hard, burn out, and start over again, always feeling like something was missing.
In my 40s, I decided to stop chasing temporary fixes and start rebuilding from the inside out.
That’s when the A.B.S. Framework — Awareness, Beliefs, and Systems — was born. I became aware of the habits holding me back, replaced the belief that “I’m too old for this” with “it’s never too late,” and built systems that made progress automatic, even on the hardest days.
That simple shift changed everything.
At 47, I stood on stage as a fitness competitor because I had become the kind of person who could keep them for life.
And I didn’t stop there. I’ve used A.B.S. in every chapter of my life.
As an author, I became aware of my voice, rewired the belief that “I’m not good enough to publish,” and built systems to write consistently, resulting in two books and five photobooks that raised over $60,000 for charity.
As a social entrepreneur, I learned to see needs others overlooked, challenged the belief that “impact is only for big players,” and built systems that allowed Holdinghands Studio to create meaningful change for underprivileged communities.
Listen, A.B.S. for Life isn’t just about abs. It will bring transformation that lasts in your health, your career, and your mindset. Once you master awareness, beliefs, and systems in one area, you can carry it into every part of your life and finish stronger than you started.
Through every stage of recognition and success, my mission has stayed the same: to make the world a little brighter, kinder, and stronger, one photo, one book, and one transformed life at a time.
I’ve been through a lot and achieved a lot too. From publishing a best-seller photobook featured at Kinokuniya, writing a book that raised tens of thousands for charity, to building a social enterprise, earning recognition as an award-winning photographer, Singapore Book of Record holder and stepping on stage at 47 for a fitness competition.

Yes, systems and strategies matter. But without inner work such as mindset, self-belief, and resilience, even the best systems collapse. That’s when people self-sabotage, stall, or give up halfway.
My focus as a speaker and coach isn’t just tactics. It’s training the inner game: rewiring your thinking, building discipline, and taking action even when you’re scared.
These aren’t theories. They’re lived experiences I’ve tested in the toughest arenas of life, from Commando training to the competition stage.
And now, I help others do the same: to fight self-doubt, unlock their potential, and build the unstoppable mind that changes everything.
